How Do I Access Proposals Beta?

Gain a competitive advantage with JobNimbus Proposals beta feature, which grants the ability to create professional looking proposals, giving you an edge in the market.

To enable Proposals Beta:

• Click on your Profile Icon or initials in the top right corner
• Choose Settings from the drop-down menu
• Within the Settings menu, open the Features tab
• Toggle the switch next to Proposals Beta
  
  

To Grant Access to your Team:

• In your account settings, open the Access Profiles tab
• Click on the three dots next to the Access Profile(s) you would like to grant Proposals beta access to Proposals and choose "Edit" from the menu options
  
  
  
  
• Because Proposals is tied to Estimates, the user will need at least View access to Estimates in order to access Proposals.
  
  
  
  • Note: If the ability to view, create/edit, and/or delete an Estimate is NOT granted, the box next to "Proposals Beta" will appear, but cannot be checked.
• Enabling Proposals Beta will result in a new table under the Financials tab within a Contact/Job page.
