How Do I Create a Document on the Mobile App?

For iOS

  1. In your app, navigate to the Job or Contact you want to generate a Document for.
  2. Click on the + icon at the top right corner and choose Document from the menu, then select New from template.



  3. Choose the Template you'll be using to create the Document.

  4. Make edits as needed; you can even change the date of the Document by clicking on the field next to Document Date.
  5. Click Save when you are finished.

For Android

  • In your app, navigate to the Job or Contact you want to generate a Document for.
  • Click on the + icon in the bottom right corner and choose Document from the options that appear.



  • Select the Document Template you want to use when prompted.



  • Make any edits you need to the content, adjust the Document date, and swipe left or right on the formatting toolbar for additional options.
  • Be sure to click Save when you are ready.



  • Once you save the Document, you can:

     
    1. Share the Document externally.
    2. Delete the file (if you have the correct Access Profile permissions).
    3. Change the Category Type.
      1. Category Types can be configured in your account Settings under the Attachment Categories tab.
    4. Add a description to the Document for internal purposes.
