How Do I Create an Automation That Requests a Review From a Customer?
This Event-based Automation will send an email to a customer once it has been moved into a certain Status.
Prior to setting up this Automation, create an Email Template.
Recipe:
- Choose the "Event based" trigger type
- Select the "Contact" trigger record
- Choose when the record type is "Modified"
- Select +Add Condition
- If Status is "Paid & Closed" (Status names may vary depending on your Workflow)
- Check the box for "Only if Status is modified"
- Check the radio for "Require all conditions to be true"
- Select +Add Action
- Choose the "Send Email" action
- Select the appropriate Email Template from the drop-down menu
- Choose your Recipient (this will be the Parent Contact of the Job that is triggering the Automation) and then Save.
