How Do I Create an Automation That Requests a Review From a Customer?

This Event-based Automation will send an email to a customer once it has been moved into a certain Status.

Prior to setting up this Automation, create an Email Template.

Recipe:

  1. Choose the "Event based" trigger type
  2. Select the "Contact" trigger record
  3. Choose when the record type is "Modified"
  4. Select +Add Condition
    1. If Status is equal to "Paid & Closed" (Status names may vary depending on your Workflow)
    2. Check the box for "Only if Status is modified"
  5. Check the radio for "Require all conditions to be true"
  6. Select +Add Action
  7. Choose the "Send Email" action
  8. Select the appropriate Email Template from the drop-down menu
  9. Choose your Recipient (this will be the Parent Contact of the Job that is triggering the Automation) and then Save.
