How Do I Create an Automation To Create an Appointment Reminder Task for Team Members?
This Time-based Automation will send appointment reminders to your team members.
Prior to creating this Automation, create a custom Task Type.
Recipe:
- Choose the "Time based" trigger type
- Select the "Task" trigger record
- Run this automation: "X " (Where X is the amount of time in Minutes, Hours, Days, Weeks, Months, or Years) "Before" "Start Date"
- Select +Add Condition
- If "Task Type" is (choose appropriate Type)
- Select +Add Action
- Choose the "Create Task" Action
- Create your Task and choose the assignees, then click "Save"
- Save the Automation when you are finished
