How Do I Create an Automation to Request a Referral From a Former Customer?
This Time-based Automation will send an email to a customer once it has been moved into a certain Status.
Prior to setting up this Automation, create an Email Template.
Recipe:
- Choose the Time based trigger type
- Select the Contact trigger record
- Enter this information in the timeframe dropdowns: X (Where X is the amount of time in Minutes, Hours, Days, Weeks, Months, or Years) After and Date Status Changed.
- Select +Add Condition
- If Status is Paid & Closed
- Save the Condition
- Select +Add Action
- Choose the Send Email Action
- Click Continue
- Select the appropriate Email Template from the drop-down menu
- Choose your intended recipient(s)
- Save the Automation when you are finished
