How Do I Enable the JobNimbus Integration With BirdEye?

To enable the integration with BirdEye:

  1. Click on your profile icon or initials in the top right corner
  2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu
  3. In the Settings menu on the left, open the API tab
  4. Click on the blue New API key

This will pull up an option to create a new API key.

Once here:

  1. Select BirdEye from the drop-down menu under the "Description" column
  2. Choose an access profile that has "full access"
  3. Click Save

After you have your API key, write down the Status you want to use to trigger the automation within BirdEye. You can use either a custom Status from your Contacts Workflow or, as is more common, a custom Status from your Jobs Workflow.

Once you have your API key and the Status you want to use, contact your BirdEye Account Manager or BirdEye Support at 1-800-561-3357.

After BirdEye has your API key and status, you are now ready to use JobNimbus with BirdEye. The next thing you will need to do is create your automation within BirdEye. To learn more about using BirdEye, check out their knowledge base, here.
