How Do I Use JobNimbus AssistAI?

Learn the basic navigation and important functions like managing your agent and calling your JobNimbus AssistAI system.

JobNimbus AssistAI Navigation

To access JobNimbus AssistAI, navigate to the Marketing tab in the top Navigation.

Next, click Launch on the AssistAI box.

On the left navigation, you will see Dashboard, Contacts, Logs, and Settings.



Dashboard

Here, you can see Key Metrics and view Latest Calls.


Key Metrics - Here, you are able to see a variety of data like Minutes Saved, Calls Answered, Appointments Booked, and Appointment Booking Rate. Clicking on the arrow to the right of these stats will show you other valuable information and insights.

Contacts

Here you can see a list of all contacts that have interacted with your AssistAI Agent. Clicking on them will show you more information about the contact, such as their phone number, notes, and the date of creation. You can create a new contact by clicking the Plus Icon in the Contacts Section.

Additionally, you can Edit or Delete the contact by clicking on the contact and then the three-dot menu in the top right of the contact.

 

 


Logs

Logs will give you a list of all the calls received in the specified amount of time.

  1. Time Frame of Log. This can be changed to 7, 14, 30, 60, and 90 days. 
  2. Wrap Lines so that you can view all the information about an entry
  3. Filter all entries with predetermined fields.
  4. Edit Columns with information that you feel is the most relevant.
  5. Export to a CSV or JSON file.
  6. Refresh the data.

Settings

The General tab allows you to change the organization’s name, customize your avatar, and deactivate the account.

Members show who has access to the AI Agent and allow them to invite more people by clicking on the Invite in the top right corner.

Billing allows you to see your Current Plan, Add-Ons, Payment Methods, Invoice History, and the ability to Cancel Subscription. For more information, check out this article.

Usage shows you how many Phone Numbers are in use, as well as the number of Voice Minutes available.

Agent

In this section, you can manage your AI Agents by editing the number, editing or testing the agent, or viewing the inbox of the agent you selected. To learn how to manage your AssistAI Agent, click here.
