Who Will Receive Billing Emails From JobNimbus?

Any team member with "Account Subscription" access in their Access Profile settings will receive the emailed billing receipts from JobNimbus.

If you do not want a team member to receive the email, uncheck the box next to "Account Subscription" under the Feature Access section.


Subscription - Account Subscription Access


To remove Account Subscription permissions from an Access Profile:

  • Click on your profile icon or initials in the top-right corner.
  • Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
  • Select the Access Profiles tab on the lefthand side.
  • Click on the 3 dots to the right of the Access Profile and choose "Edit".
  • Uncheck the box next to "Account Subscription".

To change someone's Access Profile:

  • Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  • Select "Team" from the drop-down menu.
  • Click on the 3 dots to the right of the team member's name and choose "Edit".
  • Assign a different Access Profile from the "Access Profile" option list.

We suggest giving Account Subscription access to only the team members who will be dealing with your JobNimbus billing. 

If you revoke a user's Subscription access, they will no longer be able to add new team members.
