Who Will Receive Billing Emails From JobNimbus?
Learn which users receive billing emails and how to change who receives them.
Any team member with Account Subscription access in their Access Profile settings will receive the emailed billing receipts from JobNimbus.
Updating Subscription Access
- Click on your profile icon or initials in the top right corner.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Within the Settings menu on the left, select Admin Settings, then select Access Profiles.
- Click on the three dots to the right of the Access Profile you want to remove from the Subscription emails and choose Edit.
- Uncheck the box next to Account Subscription.
Updating a User's Access Profile
- Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Team from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the three dots to the right of the team member's name and choose Edit.
- Assign a different Access Profile from the Access Profile option list.
We suggest giving Account Subscription access to only the team members who will be dealing with your JobNimbus billing.
If you revoke a user's Subscription access, they will no longer be able to add new team members or access the account's Subscription page.
