Why Can’t I Delete an Estimate or Invoice?
If you do not have the correct access to delete financials, or if an estimate has been sent for signature, they cannot be deleted.
- Verify that your assigned Access Profile has the correct permissions to allow you to delete financial documents.
- Access Profile assignments can only be configured by those with Settings access.
- If Required Signers have been added, you cannot delete or edit the document in any way.
- Refer to the following message that appears when sending a signature request:

- If a financial document has been sent for signature, it cannot be deleted as it is considered legally binding.
