Why Can’t I Delete an Estimate or Invoice?
- Verify that your assigned Access Profile has the correct permissions to allow you to delete financial documents.
- Access Profile assignments can only be configured by those with Settings access.
- If "Required Signers" have been added, you cannot edit (including delete) the document in any way.
- Refer to the following message that appears when sending a signature request:

- If a financial document has been successfully signed, it cannot be deleted as it is considered legally binding.
