How Do I Use Photo Conversation Threads On the Mobile App?
Interact With Team Members Through Photo Conversation Threads
On this Page:
For iOS
- Select a photo from the Photo Feed section on your homepage
- Here, you can view and comment on a photo
Or - Navigate to the photo you want to comment on and select the comment icon.
- Once you've selected the icon, you will see the comment thread that allows you to interact with your team members and leave a note on a photo.
1. Reply to an existing comment to start or continue the conversation
2. Enter your comment
3. To mention a specific team member, select the @ icon for a list of team members
4. Send your comment - If someone mentions you in a photo thread, you'll receive notifications in your notification center. Clicking on the notification will take you directly to the relevant thread.
For Android
Option 1:
- Navigate to the photo you want to comment on and select the comment icon.
Option 2:
- Locate the image you want to view and comment on through the Company Photo feed.
- Select the message bubble icon on the photo to be directed to the comment thread.
2. Enter your comment.
3. To mention a specific team member, select the @ icon for a list of team members.
4. Send your comment.
- If someone mentions you in a photo thread, you'll receive notifications in the web notification center. Clicking on the notification will take you directly to the associated thread.
Tips:
- Photos should be in a supported file format such as JPEG, JPG, or PNG and stored within the "Photos Tab" on your contact or job.
- Photo thread comments are limited to 3,000 characters.
