Where Can I Enable Email Notifications? (New Sales Experience)
Discover which notifications you can activate and where you have the option enable these settings
Notifications
Users have the option to enable or disable Notifications for the actions listed below:
- Initial Open - Sent when a recipient views the email for the first time.
- Click - Triggered each time a recipient interacts with a link within the email.
- Bounce - Sent when an email cannot be delivered to the intended recipient.
Tips:
- Admins are responsible for activating Notifications at the Account level.
- After an Admin has activated a Notification, individual members can then access settings to personalize their notifications under "My Notifications".
