Where Can I Enable Email Notifications for Estimates? (New Sales Experience)
Discover which notifications you can activate and where you have the option enable these settings
Estimate Notifications allow you to receive email notifications when your customers interact with the estimates that you have sent them.
Enabling Notifications
To update your Estimate notifications, first follow the steps below to access the Estimate settings.
- Users with access to Settings in JobNimbus can navigate through the Settings menu to access Estimate Settings.
- Users who do not have access to Settings can simply go to any Contact or Job Financials and then select the Estimate Settings icon.
From the Estimate Settings Menu on the left, select the Notifications tab.
Users have the option to toggle on and off Notifications for the actions listed below.
- Initial Open: Sent when a recipient views the email for the first time.
- Click: Triggered each time a recipient interacts with a link within the email.
- Bounce: Sent when an email cannot be delivered to the intended recipient.
Note: Admins will need to enable Notifications at the Account level before the options in the My Notifications tab can be enabled by individual users.
