Can I report on Groups?

Use the Groups feature to customize who can see specific custom reports.

When creating or editing a report:

  • Click on the "Available to" drop-down menu at the top of the report builder
  • Select "Specific Groups"
  • Use the "Groups" text field to include which group(s) you want to have access to this report

Groups Reports

After saving, the report will only be viewable by the specific Group or Groups you added. The report will appear in the Reports tab under "My Saved Reports", but will only be available to the team members in the group(s)you chose.
