How Can I View All Email Activity in JobNimbus?
Easily review any email communications in your account by adding a Custom Report to your Dashboard.
Step 1
- Click on the Insights tab in the top navigation bar.
- Select the Classic Reports button in the top right.
- Select the Create Report button next to "My Saved Reports" and choose Create Activity Report from the menu.
- In the report builder, add a Filter for Activity Type.
- In the "Select Activity Type(s)" field, select every single option except for Email.
Then, check the box next to "Exclude". - Hit the Apply button to save these changes.
- Save the Report when you are back on the overview page.
Tip: you can further filter the report to show only specific team members, automated emails, etc. Learn more about filters here.
Step 2
- Once you have created the Email Activity Report, navigate back to the Classic Dashboard by clicking the "Home" tab.
- Click Customize at the top right.
- Check the box next to the title of your recently created report and drag/drop the items in the order you want them to show on the Dashboard.
Make sure to hit +Save to implement the changes.
Now you will be able to review any email activity right from your personal Dashboard.
Changes made will not affect other team members, as the Classic Dashboard is unique to each user. Learn more about this here.
