How Do I Create an Automation To Move a Contact to Another Status After a Period of Time?
This Time-based Automation is helpful when you want to move old leads to a "lost" Status or to simply automate the Contact's progress.
Recipe:
- Choose the Time based trigger type
 - Select the Job trigger record
 - Run this automation: X (Where X is the amount of time in Minutes, Hours, Days, Weeks, Months, or Years) After the Date Status Changed
 - Select +Add Condition
- If Type is Retail (Workflow Types vary depending on your settings)
 
 - Select +Add Condition again
- If Status is Lead (Status names may vary depending on your Workflow)
 
 - Check the radio for Require all conditions to be true
 - Select +Add Action
 - Choose the Change Status Action
 - Select the Workflow Type
 - Choose the Lost Status (Names may vary depending on your Workflow)
 - Save the Automation when you are finished
