      How do I Understand the Insights Business Overview?

      A Comprehensive Overview of Key Metrics to Better Understand the State of Your Business.

      Business Overview 

      The Business overview filters are designed to show data for the current year only. Beginning the new year in 2024, the charts will initially display no data. Don't worry though, as new business is conducted in the new year, the charts will start populating with relevant information.

      Filter Data

      • Narrow down the data by applying specific filters to focus on a particular Sales Rep, Job Type, or Lead Source. Global filters can be utilized to apply changes across the entire page.

        • Sales Rep 
        • Job Type
        • Lead Source 

      Note: Date range filter cannot be adjusted on Business Overview and will always show for the current year and respective months. 

      Definitions

      1. Top 5 Lead Sources this Year:  Top 5 lead sources that have yielded the most revenue for your company this year will appear here.
      2. Top 5 Sales Reps this Year:   Track peak activity and times when Lead conversion was at its best, giving you valuable data into how you manage and prioritize your lead generation. 
      3. Lead Flow: Track peak activity and times when Lead conversion was at its best, giving you valuable data into how you manage and prioritize your lead generation.  
      4. Historical Sales:  See your sales trends and be able to easily compare with your Lead Flow Report to gauge Lead success throughout the current year.
