Why am I unable to change the Status of my Contact?

  1. Ensure that the status you would like to move the record into is assigned to the same Contact Type as the one from which you are moving the record.
  2. If you have Advanced Workflows enabled, make sure that you have access to update the status.
    1. When in the "Edit Workflow" window, check the Access Profiles column next to the
      Status to make sure you have the permissions to move the Contact to the specific Status.
