Why am I unable to change the Status of my Contact?
- Ensure that the status you would like to move the record into is assigned to the same Contact Type as the one from which you are moving the record.
- If you have Advanced Workflows enabled, make sure that you have access to update the status.
- When in the "Edit Workflow" window, check the Access Profiles column next to the
Status to make sure you have the permissions to move the Contact to the specific Status.
