Why Am I Unable to Change the Status of My Job?

Learn why you may not be able to change the status of a Job record in JobNimbus.

  1. Ensure that the status you would like to move the record into is assigned to the same Job Type as the one from which you are moving the record.
  2. If you have Advanced Workflows enabled, make sure that you have access to update the status.
    1. When in the Edit Workflow window, check the Access Profiles column next to the
      Status to make sure you have the permissions to move the Contact to the specific Status.

Note: You must have an Admin Role with Settings Access in order to view Settings and make changes.
