Why Can My Team Members With "Limited Access" See Contacts and Jobs They Are Not Assigned To?
If a user has limited access but can see records they are not assigned to, it may be because of your workflow settings.
Ensure to review your Workflow Settings. If the Access Profile assigned to the Workflow is set to "All Team Members," it means that any member of the team will have access to view those records, regardless of their individually assigned profile.
To update this, edit the Workflow and change who can view the Contacts to "Only Team Members that are Sales Reps or assignees".
