Can I create Tasks specific to a Job or Contact?

There are a few ways you can specify that a Task is for a Contact or Job

Adding a Task from the top menu (blue plus sign)

• Add a Contact or Job in the Related Contact or Related Job field.
  

Adding a Task in a Contact

• Navigate to a Contact
• Open the Tasks tab
• Click on Add Task

The Contact will automatically be added to the Related Contact field.

Adding a Task in a Job

• Navigate to a Job
• Open the Tasks tab
• Click Add Task

The Job will automatically be added to the Related Job field.
