How Do I Create a Proposal on the Mobile App?

For iOS

  1. Navigate to the Estimate you want to convert into a Proposal
  2. Select the Create Proposal button on the Saved Estimate view 

From Financials

  1. While viewing a Contact/Job select the + Menu in the upper right-hand corner and select Proposal from the Financials dropdown menu.



  2. From the Contact/Job details, select Files and then Financials. Follow the steps outlined above for creating the Proposal from the desired Estimate or starting one from scratch. 

Creating your Proposal

  1. Once you are in the New Proposal select Edit to customize the Proposal.

  2. Select the sections to customize the Proposal to your desired specifications.

  1. Select a Cover Photo from the list of provided stock images. 
  2. Include a saved Estimate from the dropdown menu. 
    1. If starting from the Saved Estimate, the Estimate details will prepopulate to the Proposal.
  3. Add PDF Documents to your Proposal from your Company Documents or the Contact/Job Documents. 
    1. Limit 10 Documents per Proposal, up to 10mb.
    2. Documents can be viewed in line with the Proposal or as an attachment to the Proposal.
    3. Select whether or not you would like the recipient to explicitly acknowledge certain pages included with the Proposal before signing. 
  1. If you choose to require a signature, the signature field can be toggled on to include a single signature to the Proposal.
  1. When you are satisfied with the items included in the Proposal, hit Save.
  2. Once Saved, you can preview the Proposal and email it to your customer.

For Android

  1. Navigate to the Estimate you want to convert into a Proposal
  2. Select the Create Proposal button.

    1. Alternatively, you can select the menu from the upper right-hand corner and select Create Proposal from the dropdown menu.

From Financials

  1. While viewing a Contact/Job select the + in the bottom right-hand corner and select Proposal from the Financials dropdown menu.

    2. From the Contact/Job details, select Files then Financials.  Follow the steps outlined above for creating the Proposal from the desired Estimate or starting one from scratch. 

Create your Proposal

  1. To prepare the Proposal for your customer, select the sections to customize the Proposal to your desired specifications



  2. Edit your Cover Page  to reflect a different address and select a cover photo from the list of provided stock images. 
  3. Add a saved Estimate. 
    1. If starting from the Saved Estimate, the Estimate details will auto-populate to the Proposal.
  4. Add Documents from the Contact or Job.
  5. If you choose to require a signature, the signature field can be toggled on to include a single signature to the Proposal.
  6. Preview your Proposal.
  7. When you are satisfied with the items included in the Proposal, hit Save.
