Why Am I getting an Error From JobNimbus Email Links?

We have recently made an update to our email tracking system that may temporarily impact the ability to click on email links such as; "View Note" or "View Contact" in JobNimbus emails. This update was implemented to protect our users and their customers, ensuring that emails are delivered successfully. The update was necessary due to a global increase in spam and phishing attempts by malicious parties. Our goal is to ensure a safe experience for our customers.

There is no indication of any unauthorized access to the JobNimbus platform, infrastructure, or internal tools by malicious parties. Additionally, no spam or phishing emails were sent through our platform.

What to expect: 

  • Recipients may encounter an HTTP 502 or 404 error or a similar issue when attempting to click on links in older emails (prior to 1/26/2024).

    • The recommended action in these situations is to resend this particular communication. 
  • This issue is expected to impact only a small number of emails and will not persist in the future.
