      What Types of Scheduled Events Sync Over to a Third-Party Calendar From JobNimbus?

      Any "Task" created in JobNimbus can sync over to your connected Google, iCal, or Outlook calendar.

      The components of a Task that sync:

      • Name
      • Description
      • Start date/time
      • End date/time
      • The associated Contact or Job's address
      • The associated Contact's phone number

      What does NOT sync:

      While a Task that is assigned to a type other than just "Task" will successfully sync, the third-party event will not reflect this as anything other than "Event".

      Because scheduled Contacts, Jobs, and Work Orders are not "Tasks", specifically, they will not sync to Google Calendar, Outlook, or iCal.
