Add team members to your JobNimbus account to collaborate on the work you do. Share contacts, jobs, and calendars. Each team member will receive their own login (email and password).
You must be an administrator with access to settings to add team members.
Adding a Team Member
To add a team member, while logged in from a web browser, go to your name at the top right and choose Team.
You will see a list of your active team members. Use the Invite Team Member button to add a team member.
You only need to enter the team member's first and last name as well as email address to add them as a team member. If you are are adding more than one team member, you can use the Add & Invite another Team Member; otherwise, if this is the only team member you are adding, just use the Invite Team Member button.
JobNimbus automatically assigns lowest privilege level (access to only those contacts and jobs assigned to them, with no access to administration or settings).
To grant additional access privileges to this team member as well as other profile settings, use the More Options link.

Understanding Access Profiles
Use access profiles to control access to settings, calendars, payment information, reports, jobs, contacts, and many other settings.
By default, JobNimbus has three access profiles already created for you to choose from:
|Limited Access||No access to settings. Cannot delete records. Access only to their own assigned contacts and jobs.|
|Admin||No access to settings. Can delete records. Access to all contacts, jobs, and calendars.|
|Admin with Billing Access||Full access to all parts of your JobNimbus account.|
When you create a user without using the More Options link, they will automatically be set to the lowest access level (Limited Access). You can change this by using the More Options link and selecting a different profile in the Access Profile drop-down.
To add additional access profiles or change the default access settings in an existing access profile, go to the Access Profiles tab in Settings. Learn more about Access Profiles.
